Lessons
Lessons will run during the school term and will be paused during school holidays.
Payments
The first payment must be made in person (cash or card accepted).
Subsequent payments will be made on a monthly basis, in person, on the day of the first lesson of each month.
An invoice will be sent via email in advance for each monthly payment.
Being Away
If you are unable to attend a lesson during the month, prior notice must be given so that your invoice can be adjusted accordingly in advance.
Please note that absences are considered exceptions. If there are multiple absences during a term, you may risk losing your lesson slot unless the full term is paid for.
Cancelling Lessons
No refunds will be issued for any cancelled lessons during the month, and lesson fees will not be deducted from future invoices in the case of absence.
Due to limited availability, make-up lessons cannot be offered if you miss a lesson.
If I am unable to conduct a lesson that has already been paid for, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the following month’s invoice.
Arrivals
Please ensure you arrive on time for your scheduled lesson. Late arrivals may result in a shorter lesson, as I may not be able to extend the session beyond the allocated time.
If you arrive early, please wait outside until your scheduled time to avoid interrupting another lesson.
Notice period
Students are required to provide a minimum of one month’s notice to stop lessons. This helps ensure a smooth transition and gives me time to offer your lesson slot to another student.
Lessons cancelled without sufficient notice will be charged (for example if you give notice on the 17th of the month, lessons will continue and be charged until the 17th of the following month).
