LESSONS
Lessons will run during the school term and we will break during school holidays.
Payments
First payment will be made on site (cash or card accepted). The following payments will be made on a monthly basis on site on the day of the first lesson of the month. A prior email will be sent with the monthly invoice.
Being away
If you are away and not able to attend a lesson during the month, prior notice will be needed so I can adjust your invoice in advance.
Please note being away will be an exception and if you have many absences during a term you may lose your spot unless you pay for the whole term.
Cancelling lessons
No refund will be issued for any cancelled lesson during the month and lessons fee will not be deducted from the following invoice in case of absence.
Due to my current low availability I will not be able to offer a make up lesson on a different day/time if you miss a lesson.
If I am not able to make one of the lessons that has been already paid, that amount will be deducted from the following month’s invoice.
Arrivals
Please make sure you arrive on time at your slot time as I might not be able to stay longer time if you arrive late.
If you arrive too early, please wait at the door until your start time to avoid interrupting anyone else’s lesson.
